"Showing a Confidence, in Prepared Answers" (NY Times) |
|
a strained and illuminating conversation
kept inserting Mr. Gibson’s nickname, Charlie, into her answers, as if to convey an old hand’s conviviality
tried to project self-confidence, poise and even expertise
at times, her eyes looked uncertain and her voice hesitated
looked like a student trying to bend prepared answers to fit unexpected questionshttp://www.nytimes.com/2008/09/12/us/politics/12watch.html?ref=arts

I found her repeating "Charlie" several times in every answer very annoying. It sounded condescending and desperate at the same time. :puke:

That was because I really liked her shoes, but that's all I liked. No, she was the impatient, snooty one. His body language looked relaxed and open as opposed to her hunching over like she had something to hide.I'll have to go back and watch it again. Washington Journal is now taking questions about how people think she did. Got to tune in.
