Regarding the "Service Forum" last night.... |
|
Edited on Fri Sep-12-08 01:58 PM by Postman
Along with Obama and McCain on stage getting grilled should have been players from the corporate media fielding questions as to their "service" to the country.
The "service" they provided in not doing their job of truth-squadding the fascists. Of not allowing dissenting voices to a war and occupation that was unjustified and immoral.
Somehow they escape the "service" nonsense....How did/do they "serve" the country?

Although I believe it was yet another exercise in an endless stream of mindless saluting of the flag.

2. I watched it and thought Obama was quite inspirational and McCain a whiner. |
|
Apparently the Media people were blown away at how "high minded" it was and said they had never witnessed anything like it.

5. Welcome to DU, ColoradoMagician |

And yes, Obama looked, sounded, and acted quite presidential.
McCain always looks and acts as if he is wearing an ill-fitting human suit.
