I can't afford to donate. You already know that. But let's be certain, I know you can block the McCain/Peggy Hill ads and I'm not going to click on them so what is the point of allowing them on the site?

We go through the same thing. We are as Left/Progressive as they come, but we are happy as can be to run McCain ads. Why? Because they pay to run them, through Google Adsense. So we figure we are doing our part to run that campaign out of money. ;-)

who put them up - the buyer of the ads - has to pay 5 cents to google. Some of that may even go to skinner.
So click away. Ignore what the ad is about and click away.
