Although the story was on the front page of the Washington Post and one of the most viewed articles on MSNBC, I have yet to hear it reported on teevee. Even Olbermann, Maddow and Bill Maher haven't mentioned it.

Thanks lonstarnot for your enthusiasm that this would have legs. It can only have legs if it wasn't kept a secret by MSM. So far, it's being hushed up.

I just think that people aren't interested in a 14 year old story.

And, besides, the addiction angle is a sympathetic one. What McCain did to cover it isn't, but that would be overlooked by the majority.

I wouldn't run it either without some kind of hard proof.

An ex disgruntled employees journal is not proof.

I think the story is true, but its just hearsay.

5. Have you read the article? The article just doesn't rely upon Gosinski's journal.

There were public records available too that have been researched. She was busted and was facing prison time. The Feds said she could go into rehab, which she didn't and it all faded away......

It's not being kept a secret, it's a story that is so old that no one cares. Do you see much posted about it even here? Not even here can the story remain on the first page of the forum.
