The language of BushCo and the Pentagon...
...gotta love these terms. What was the one Charlie Gibson used when interviewing Palin? Anticipatory self-defense?

Here are some other good ones: collateral damage, extrajudicial, enhanced interrogation, enemy combatants, rendition, detainees, etc.

Let's see if we can use all these in one run-on sentence.

And in other news, U.S. anticipatory self-defense operations against Iran continued today as the Pentagon reported significant collateral damage in their most recent extrajudicial mission on the northern outskirts of Tehran in which dozens of enemy combatants were captured and transported back to the States where they will join other detainees awaiting rendition to Syria for enhanced interrogation.

Or, in other words:

The U.S. unprovoked military assault against Iran continued today as the Pentagon reported the slaughter of many civilians in their most recent illegal mission on the northern outskirts of Tehran in which dozens of young brown skinned males, who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, were rounded up and transported back to the States to join other similarly unlucky young brown skinned males rounded up the same way, and await transport to Syria where they will be tortured.
