Bush* Doctrine or "Pre-Emptive Attack" or If the "Decider" thinks at sometime in the future you may do some hostile act he can take you out. or Guilty by "Decider" without trial. Let no one ever forget the "Bush* Doctrine" because it is against everything the USA stands for.
