Citizens arrest of Karl Rove? Charges?

He is playing my town soon in some type of political event called "Perspectives". Ther are a lot of other speakes from both left and right but Rove is the headliner.

I am thinking about some of my friends, some type of political group (Code Pink maybe?) and myself arrest him. He is not responding to the supoenas I know that. But what other crimes can we get him for?

How should we go about this? Before or after the event? Inside the event? (expesnive and I really don't want to go that way).

And yes I know I might end up in the hoosegow. That does not concern me as much as the exposure might bring to his crimes.

1. Charge him with war crimes and arrest him BEFORE the event

I am really looking for specifics, not just some general "war crimes" or "malfeasance" or "lying to the people" thing.

Violating the Geneva Conventions : Torture
Crimes against humanity : Starting an illegal war of aggression in Iraq resulting in 1M Iraqi deaths
Crimes against nature : Using DU shells in the desert and poisoning the ground water with radioactive residuals watch for major increases in local cancer/birth defects
Violating the bill of rights in every respect
Violating FISA millions of times
That will do for a start

Please have several friends video it and use a good mic. have same friends submit this footage to every news outlet they can -- nationally, local, internet.
Make sure these are "extra" friends who won't be hauled off to the pokey for being a citizen, so they can get the footage out ASAP and bail you out (have lawyer on call just in case).

If you can video it, make sure the camera op is close enough to hear you if you are using the camera mic OR external mic of some kind: boom or put a wireless lav on yourself so EVERYONE can hear that SOB in his response to you!!!!!!!!! This could be a GREAT video that would get a TON of play.
