trading. Yup. For the second hurricane in a row, the oil markets were opened early so players can make a buck off disaster. But what really puzzles me is how it could be down under the circumstances. Wonders never cease in the Twilight Zone.

20 percent of the US refineries are shut down. That means there's a glut of oil on the market.
