Anyone watching the Scalia interview on 60 minutes?
Looks to be quite interesting. Starting out about the Constitution as living document or originalist document.

4. If the Dems get 60 Senate seats, I really think this POS..
needs to be impeached. I just can't bear the thought of him sitting in the SCOTUS for another 20 plus years.

8. His parsing on torture was the ultimate in moral equivocation
according to Scalia, torture is not cruel and unusal punishment. the mental gymnastics he publically engaged in to arrive at said conclusion left me with my jaw agape.

11. Well . . . In What Respect, Charlie?

My fiancee (a Big Brother fan - - I know, I know) was watching it before Oh, Brother comes on, and I couldn't help myself, so I began watching, but after about 60 *seconds* (not minutes), I was screaming at the screen. He's actually far stupider than I remembered. I just want an two-hour long debate with that guy in front of a live audience. No one knows who the hell I am, but hey. I can promise it would be damn good television. :D

P.S., Bush v. Gore is "so old," and we should "get over it." Oh, but the Constitution exists in a cryogenic freeze chamber dated 1789, cannot evolve, and Roe v. Wade is an example of judicial activism. Gosh, that decision was 36 years ago! Can't we just get over it?

WHAT. A. DESPICABLE. PERSON.
