CNBC: AIG in trouble too. Quotes below.

The talking head at CNBC just said this.

"CEO of AIG turning down private equity money and turning to the Federal Reserve for help."

The analysts are saying "I don't think they can do this."

"If there's recourse, it's a huge taxpayer bailout. If it's not recourse, it's just lending." What does that mean?
