No shit the market is strong and will ultimately recover in some fashion or other. But the people in the market, and affected by the market will have been totally fucked by then.
It's the same old bullshit Libertarian fairytale that deregulation leads, in the end, to a greater good. Maybe so, but along the way millions of people will suffer terribly, all for the sake of profit for a select, well-placed few.
