MSNBC Rachel Maddow Show News - Now will repeat at 11PM-Doc Block Dropped
Last Monday was 9/8/08 and the premiere of the Rachel Maddow Show, and MSNBC promo'ed the event with slogans like, "It's On!"

One week later comes more changes to the prime time line-up — the doc block is off.

Tonight, a new line-up will be in place for MSNBC. Following Countdown's repeat at 10pmET, the Rachel Maddow Show will air at 11pmET, followed by Hardball at MidnightET and Race for the White House at 1amET.

The doc block had been pushed back since March, when David Gregory took over the 6pmET slot and Countdown began re-airing at 10pmET.

We hear the doc block will still air late night on Friday and on the weekends. The change will last through the election.

1. WE don't get MSNBC. I'm pissed.
It's on the premium digital cable channels, so you have to pay extra. What a friggin' scam!

5. Get satellite. More bang, better HDTV and more channels for your buck.
I will never do cable again. The few extras you get on cable like the public access channels you can actually live without.

7. I think msnbc has old shows on their website for free
I've watched old Countdowns on their website. I think they have the same thing for Rachel's show.

3. That's good news.
It gives us more flexibility in planning what to watch when at night.

11. Outstanding!

I had only seen her 1st show, and I've already had withdrawal symptoms. Based on that one show, I like her even more than KO. Hope she can keep it up!
