Talking Point - If Lehman's went bankrupt playing the market, the average American can as well.

NEW -

+ If Lehman Bros - someone with massive assets and 115 years experience - went bankrupt 'investing in the market' - then the average American can too.

We need a radically better system for our retirement. A super-social security system.

Like the kind they have in Denmark, Holland, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, and the other enlightened social democracies.

Old talking points -

+ The Dow-Jones was at 10,700 when Bush took office – will he be the first president to have the market remain unchanged under 8 years of failed economic policies known as 'de-regulation', 'free-trade', and the 'ownership society'?

+ Nuclear power cannot replace oil – there is only 20 years of uranium left on the planet.

+ We need to use our existing energy structure to produce renewable alternatives while we still have the abundant energy to do it.

+ 3 trillion dollars for the war in Iraq and war profiteering (war-whoring) are destroying the US economy.

+ Mccain/Palin are selling you a bridge to nowhere

+ Palin claims to be a female pit bull (subtext - bitch), yet she cannot defend herself against Charlie Gibson.

+ The oil companies said - in testimony before congress - that if we drill in ANWAR, they will sell the oil to China, or whoever. This policy will not reduce the cost of gas in America.

+ Against Christ's teachings, Palin subscribes to preemptive war - this is like saying that if you were walking down the street and you became worried that a passerby might attack you, you think you have the right to beat him to death with a baseball bat.

+ The Bush's and Bin Laden's have been in business for over 20 years - we need to examine the money flow within these connections.

+ Palin's daughter is a victim of her own failed policy of abstinence only sex ed.

Rinse and repeat...
