when he was babbling about the economy his jaw was whacked. i saw him twitch/grind it six or seven times when he was sitting and talking, and in another clip of him behind podium i saw him grind it twice!

will affect his stress induced muscular tics. He did waaay to much coke and smack back in the day to be free of them.

He is seeing the last of his possible legacy things slip away... he knows just enough to know that he is likely to be thought of as Nixon and Hoover combined... or worse.

Trashed the constitution.

Trashed the Armed Forces in an unneeded war.

Trashed our reputation and position in the world.

Trashed our economy (and possibly the world economy with it).

Trashed his own political party, no republican will ever speak of him again.

He's shown signs throughout his term of a dry drunk in need of medication and treatment. He is a textbook case.
