Why do many repubs insist on teachers getting paid on how well they teach but when CEOs help drag a company down and make millions repubs say cutting the money they get is socialist.

1. Because the Republicans want to end public education.

and I hope they rot in hell for attempting to deny the right to a free education to any citizen.

They are making strides toward that end in Florida. There is simply too much tempting money in education for them to ignore it - the greedy bastards.
