Looking for a McCain flip-flop from last year where he changed over a commercial break

Last year, I believe, McCain was speaking to a younger crowd than normal and mentioned that he supported something like gay adoption or civil unions or something like that... however, after the commercial break, he came back and said he did NOT support what he said he supported before the commercial break.

Does anybody else remember this, and do you have a link to the story?
