15. I was hoping to discuss the bill, the end of the moratorium and tactics.

States would have to opt-in to drill by passing legislation to do so within their own state congresses.

This bill would also repeal billions in oilco wellfare.

Repukes keep trying to adjurn the congrees to prevent a vote today. They don't want this. They want the moratorium to EXPIRE.

I was impressed with Louise Slaughter. Favorably, I mean. They're taking billions of dollars from
the oil companies and putting the money into alternative energy...and Ms. Slaughter said she'd bet
her house that as a matter of practical reality, nobody's gonna do any drilling any time soon.
