Who the hell is going to bail out the taxpayers?
Edited on Wed Sep-17-08 08:33 AM by rateyes
We have a 10 TRILLION dollar debt thanks to Bush/McCain. (To get an idea of how much money that is--if we paid that debt back at $1000 a day until it was paid off it would take over 27,000,000 years to pay it back.)

Where the hell are we coming up with the funds to bail out these pricks that made themselves filthy rich at the expense of the middle-class? And, now that they are reaping what they are sowing, the government (read we, the taxpayers) are stepping in to make sure that those fuckers remain rich.

And, if AIG was too big to fail because of its WORLD impact, why the hell is it that only AMERICAN taxpayers that are footing the bill for AIGs mismanagement? We spend $10 billion in Iraq every damned month. We've been there for 66 months. Do the math. $10 billion x 66 = $660 Billion Dollars.

We are bankrupt ourselves. How the hell can we bail out ANYONE? We borrow money to do these bailouts from fucking CHINA.

Folks, this country is in deep shit, and time is running out to turn it around. We have to quit spending our treasure on needless, pointless wars. We need to cut our damned losses now.

With the blessing of the Republican party, the rich in this country has stolen every dollar from the rest of us. Those dollars that you get every week from your paycheck are going to be worthless very soon. It's time to take our country back, and quite frankly, it's time to take every dollar from every prick in every financial corporation who slimeballed us into this fucking depression and redistribute it to the poor and middle class. After that, we need to take the fucking Wall Street pricks, fit them with concrete shoes, and drop them off the end of a pier. (OK, life in prison doing hard time is enough.)

2. I pulled an American Flag refrigerator magnet off a refrigerator
in a friend's home the other day. No lie, the magnet had a sticker on the back that said "Made in China." China owns us.

3. I vote for the barter system.
I just saw an item on the 6:30 news last night, that was talking about pubs in England. They use the barter system and it works quite well.....if you want a pint, that is.

4. The same reason the American taxpayer pays for a global military
"And, if AIG was too big to fail because of its WORLD impact, why the hell is it that only AMERICAN taxpayers that are footing the bill for AIGs mismanagement?"

We live in a global world with no global system of government. Global economy. Global communications. Global corporations. A few hundred regional governments.
