i especially liked his smackdown when he clarified the cra - community redevelopment act. the interviewer asked if the cra was also at fault since it forced institutions to make loans to be people who didn't have good credit. he clarified that it didn't mandate that but urged institutions to not shun bad neighborhoods. and those loans are evidently doing well. i took that to mean that people who could meet the requirements had money to get a mortgages except for the fact that they lived in an area that wasn't doing so well.
