Isn't the solution, to break up these companies so that nobody is too big too fail???
And how is this the same, or different, than the anti-trust laws, the breaking up of AT&T, etc?

Give them the option...Either break up or be instantly nationalized (while they are still profitable).
You might be surprised how willing big business becomes.
