Where in the constitution does it give anyone the authority to obligate the taxpayer to purchase/bailout or manage a private business. The government can regulate but not own a business.

The taxpayers should get back the profit.
But I wouldn't cry if I saw the people responsible for this mess--the CEOs and anyone who gave them fat pay plans while letting the workers starve--breaking rocks in the hot sun.
