Let's declare Wednesday October 1st National Ignore Your Subpoena Day. If people in power can ignore their subpoena and at the same time claim they're for the little guy well then the little guy can ignore their subpoena too!

5. One BIG problem,

local Judges are not in the loop, they won't get the memo and it really really pisses them off when they think your ignoring the invitation they sent you to come down for a visit. They will issue a warrant for your arrest and send a cop or two to help you find their court room, its like, they don't want you to get lost or something on the way over.

Subpoenas are for peons, those important people are way too busy with important stuff to have to be inconvenienced with a subpoena. :sarcasm:
