Question and rant about subpoenas.
I am so pissed!

Will somebody please explain to me why a subpoena
doesn't carry with it the force of law?

I just don't get it!

1. I'm waiting too. I don't understand how you refuse to answer to
a subpoena.

2. Ed O'Callaghan, former terrorism laywer,
McCain's goon sent here to quash this investigation, says it's because too much politics was injected into the matter. I guess he should know since he's the one who did the injecting. I'm just sick about this.

3. It does carry the force of law, but you need to have someone willing to exert that force.

7. Amazing isn't it? Todd Palin can't be bothered because he's too 'busy'. But Bill Clinton, when
President of the United States, was forced by the Repubs to answer to a subpoena.
