Palin flip flops on possible war with Russia
Sarah Palin told Sean Hannity today that a war with Russia is "off the table," but as you must remember, she answered "perhaps" to the same question in the interview with ABC's Gibson a few days ago.

Fox News reports it this way: "Part two of Sean Hannity’s interview with Sarah Palin aired tonight and the Alaska governor told him that a Cold War with Russia is “off the table.”

In her first television interview with Charlie Gibson last week, Palin was asked if under the NATO treaty, would the United States have to go to war with Russia. She answered differently, “Perhaps so. I mean, that is the agreement when you are a NATO ally, is if another country is attacked, you’re going to be expected to be called upon and help.”

1. Can't say that I would call that a flip or flop.
Conducting a cold war is dramaticly different than intervening if another country is attacked by Russia.

2. A war with Russia is only "off the table" IF.......
...IF the US stops interferring in the affairs of nations which border Russia and were historically part of the Russian Empire/Soviet Union.

If we keep messing around in those places Russia may decide war is not only on the table it's what is for breakfast.
