Risk free gambling?
That is all I can figure out is going on with gvt bailout today, Money Funds and Short selling and bailouts of financial companies and all that. BUT I guess I need to be filthy rich to start with and willing to pass on my gambling debts to those who can least afford it?

Do I have this right? In essence?

3. Thanks, just wanting to check. Think I'll go bet on horse races and get my bet back if I lose.
But only if I bet a whole bunch. This is wild.

7. And What A Wonderful World It Would Be, Ma'am
If you did not file a claim against your policy, you would get all your insurance premiums back....

If your IRA or 501K lost value, a check would arrive for the difference, plus say, three percent for the bother of it all....

If the interest on your credit card went up since you made a purchase, again, a check would arrive with the difference, each month, for the life of the debt....

5. Now there's a commercial ...
a few gamblers at a craps table ...

most of them are dressed in work garb ... putting down measly amounts on the line.

Big wig whale (Corporation) walks up to the table throws down stacks of black and purple chips.

stick man says "New player."

Corporation throws dice ... craps.

Stick man says "snake eyes."; starts clearing up everybody's chips ... except corporation's ... places everybody else's chips on Corporation's stack ...
