At what point do McCane's lies become libelous? |

Where's the line that make them actionable? I just saw a clip of McCane accusing Obama of being in the thick of lobbyist central.
He has lied and consistently attacked Obama's character with those lies. Where's the line in politics?
Obama should accuse him of fucking a lipsticked pig just to hear McCane deny it.

It might be time for a refresher course explaining what libel is, and also slander and the difference between the two and when they are applicable.
