I would just like to point out...
in NY city and the surround boroughs (brooklyn, queens etc), Time Warner Cable has

CNN assigned at channel 10 - tucked between two local channels

MSNBC assigned to channel 14, CNBC channel 15 - tucked between PBS and USA

Fox Business News channel 43, Fox News channel 44 - tucked between BET and Comedy Central

Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahaha!
