1. Beware, they're the future of the Republican Party |
|
Edited on Sat Sep-20-08 05:09 AM by Marsala
Fiscal conservatism officially died yesterday; just ask Michelle Malkin. Neoconservative foreign policy is also dying, doomed to wither away under Obama or explode spectacularly under McCain. Only the social conservatives will remain to drive the Republicans, probably with some new populist agenda like Huckabee.

2. I'm fairly certain that the republican party as we know it, is done. |
|
stick a fork in it because reality is about to change a great deal of delusional thinking, count on it.

9. Unfortuntately, delusional thinking is very resistant to even large doses of reality. |
|
But I do hope that you are right and I am wrong on this point.

3. Yeah, church signs with their "pithy" (cough, cough) slogans can be quite obnoxious at times |
|
My all-time favorite is still a Southeast Texas church that had the slogan "Jesus: Good to the Last Drop" on its sign. :scared:

5. My sign: "Banks may fail but my dog won't." |
|
You have to remember that god is nothing more than a mythological character. You also have to see that god is dog spelled backwards. So, whenever you see god, replace it with dog, and there you go.

If kids dying of cancer isn't a failure, and is just part of the plan... that's one fucked up plan!
