I think I know the answer. We're getting coal for Christmas too.

1. The emergency extention of Unemployment runs out in 2 weeks
Depending on when you filed.. most people will have the emergency extention on unemployment benefits runn out Around Oct 15th. Unemployment numbers in my State just spiked into the double digits. 10% (+) and this doesn't count people who have quit looking for work. Yet the main stream media clings to the notion that the economy is "fundamentally sound". I see a light at the end of the tunnel.. and it looks like a train coming this way...

5. I think they SHOULD extend unemployment again. It would be
foolish not to!

6. Well, if I am eligible I will just start using my extension
in about 2 weeks, and if I don't have a job by then I sure could use another stimulus check. I'm sure a lot of other people could too.

2. As much as I appreciated the 1st check, I think it would be stupid
to do another one! The $$ to fund the 1st one was borrowed, the $$ to fund these buyouts has been or is going to be borrowed too. I heard this AM that the US is spending $1 BILLION A month on debt interest!!!!! Believe me, I'm nowhere close to even being middle class, but I think would be very foolish for the Feds to borrow EVEN MORE $ to fund another stimulus package!
