The answer to all the above questions is "yes". He has succeeded in every single one of those things, thanks to George W. Bush.

But do you know what his primary goal was? It was to bring about a total collapse of the American economy.

Do you think that bin Laden had so thoroughly sussed Bush out that he expected the kind of idiocy we've seen? I don't think so. The in-built resilience (not to mention sheer size) of the American economy guaranteed that 9/11 would have limited effect. It took a Bush to turn a disaster into a catastrophe.

2) to spark the overthrow of Saddam Houssein, preferably paid for with "infidel" blood and treasure (done)
3) to spark a regional war against Israel (less successful)

His attack was audacious and in some ways spectacularly successful. However, UBL aligned himself with the Palestinian cause at a particularly unfortunate time to do that (and in fairness most Palestinians consider him an Osama-come-lately and don't trust his pan-Islamic bent). That he set back the cause of Palestinian statehood by two decades is the dilemma all radicals face; that the streets of Jordan, Syria, and Egypt seem more or less content with a more-or-less official detente with Israel is essentially a blow from which his movement cannot recover, which is why it was ultimately a mistake to align himself with Palestinian nationalism: he should have realized all the other Arabs sold out the Palestinians decades ago.
