They can keep their day jobs and - like a mob boss - run things from prison. But let's make it a stipulation that for Congress to pass this bailout, the perps who engineered the thing report to the nearest Federal prison where they will remain incarcerated until the bailout they are proposing is proven to have been a total success. That success will be determined by goals agreed to by the perps and Congress. If the perps are unwilling to put tangible, reachable goals on the table, then, no deal.
