Can you imagine if Bush and friends were working a regular middle class job.... |
|
and for 8 years they continued to make choice after choice that screwed the company to the point of bankruptcy? Now, can you imagine ANYONE in upper management at that company asking them to "fix" the damage they did over 8 years that almost destroyed the company? No, of course not. They would be fired in short order.
But apparently it doesn't work that way when you bankrupt a nation. You get asked to try and "fix it" when you've spent the last 8 years turning it to shit.
Just remember folks... the ones who broke it are now the ones being asked to "fix it". I am not inspired with confidence....
I work at a multi-billion dollar retailer and warned about how bad the numbers looked months ago. They look worse today, and corporate is still telling us we are going to be screwed come 4th quarter. We are being told we may not even have to worry about trying to hire many seasonal people, and there are plans in place to cut costs for the entire 2009 year. The folks at the top may be getting a bail out, but the middle and lower classes are still in the same situation.

1. The administration which did a horrible job using our money... |
|
...rebuilding Iraq and New Orleans should be trusted with $700 billion without oversight to rebuild financial companies?
Bush officials are horrible and should not be given more money.

and most are at their limit.. Now, it shuffling the deck of cards, but there is nothing to turn to.. One bad event, those cards will fall.. which is the reason it continues to get bad on the market.. when you lose everything, you cannot pay anything.. I have had sooo many conversations with these creditors that are after me.. I've said, I don't have money to pay you now.. I'm trying to live. Well, maybe you can borrow it.. I said from who.. my credit sucks, and I can't pay you, so how do I pay them.. you are an idiot and really don't understand finance well enough that you should continue to do your job... but don't worry, the way its going now, you won't have one left soon yourself.
