everything that they say they need to solve our latest crisis. Now is not the time for partisanship, if they have a plan ready to go and need a trillion dollars or so and no hampering oversight to solve it, we just have to do it. They know what's best. 2. Tax cuts and war have been Bush's only solutions

Tax cuts! Tax cuts! That's the Repubican response to anything. Tax cuts for the sake of tax cuts! If taxes were 50% of what they are now, Republicans would be urging that even those be cut in half. If tax cuts were so great, why not propose a negative tax, in other words, instead of taking tax money from the rich, let's instead just give them some money from the U.S. treasury. Well, maybe that's what Bush and Donaldson are proposing now.
