Congress better not pass that bill with section 8 intact! There is no telling what they can do with that broad language.

Sec. 8. Review.
Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.

Oops, did I say kick-backs? I meant to say campaign contributions. My bad.

4. I can't read the fine print because my vision is so bad.
However, I can feel the flimfammery emanating from it down here. It's bait and switch.

The bait is the huge crisis, and they will switch it up on the taxpayers.

3. There's no bill yet.
The only way section 8 (great name for it!) is going into a bill is if Congress writes one, and puts it in. Unfortunately, there are enough corrupt, weak and sycophantic members of Congress to ensure that it will be seriously proposed--unless our outcry is huge and immediate.

Call your congresscritters right effing now, etc.
