Um what? is there no joy in wall street mudville today?
has the great paulson struck out?

frankly, I don't give a shit. not a penny of those billions is coming my way.

The dow is down 130!!

I said last week, these bailouts are nothing more than throwing more money after bad.

of course it's only 11am, things could turn around this afternoon, but somehow I get the feeling that they won't.

And for the first time in my life I'm cheering for the market to tank.

Don't get me wrong, if it tanks, my money goes with it, but it's a small price to pay to watch these thieving bastards get fucked.

We the people are already fucked, but just once I want to see them feel the same pain we do.

It's a love/hate thing, I know. I never said that in times like this all thoughts are rational.

Sigh.

3. They're waiting till the Dems cave.
Watch it happen! The Dems will cave, give Paulson his blank check, and the DOW will go up another 400 points before slowly, slowly sagging back down over the next several months.

The Dems in congress don't want to feel like they're going to be to blamed for people losing their 401Ks right before the election.
