In 2004, George W. Bush won Florida by only 380,000 votes. But there were millions of registered voters who did not turn out on Election Day.

That's millions of voices that weren't heard.Kerry was running against an incumbent wartime President, and @ the time, Jeb Bush was the most powerful governor in the nation. No way, millions of registered Democrats stay home this year.
