Rachel Maddow Beat Hannity & colmes Friday in Key Demo 25-54 |
|
612,000 to 594,000. H&C still won total viwers by a large margin, but its the key demo that ad buyers mostly look at. KO came close to Billo 651,000 to 694,000. http://www.mediabistro.com/tvnewser/ratings/the_scoreboard_friday_sept_19_95232.asp#more

Hopefully, she can change a lot of minds and get the truth/facts out.

2. Just wondering, though, how many cable outlets outlets offer Fox |
|
but NOT MSNBC as part of "basic cable?" I was under the impression that Fox is much more available, hence the discrepancy in the numbers of overall viewership. PS Way to go, Rachel!!! :applause:

3. Good point and you are right. More people get Fox than get MSNBC |

4. In north San Diego county, MSNBC is not available through |
|
Cox Cable's basic package. It would be great to hear from others on this subject.

8. I remember Obama making this point about TV channels available to the armed forces |
|
when he went to visit Iraq and other countries. Turns out that all the TV stations there were on FOX News and Obama laughingly complained about that to the press corps on his plane. Turns out that FOX News was the only news channel offered on the armed services TV network. I guarantee that will change once he becomes President.

9. It's good to hear this, end. My FIL in San Diego was bedridden for a month |
|
after back surgery, relying mostly on TV for entertainment. This relatively bright man turned into a rightwing wacko after watching continuous Fox News coverage during this time.
He didn't have access to alternative news. We eventually talked him out of his stupor, but I am still disturbed by the experience.

I was worried her show would tank. She really is handling it well. Good show.

12. I'd LOVE to see Maddow and Hannity in a debate |
|
But then again, I hate to see a grown man cry.
