the Treasury Secretary ALMIGHTY POWER, saying that this bailout can not/will not BE ABLE TO BE CHALLENGED BY anyone... such as Congress, Government Agencies of something of that order.
What is the EXACT statement THIS ADMINISTRATION is trying to stuff down America's gullet?? That is DICTATORSHIP as I see it!!!

Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.

It says that the Secretary's asset buying power under this bill can't be challenged in court or in an administrative agency. It does not make the Secretary all powerful.
That said, the language needs to be changed, and the Democrats are working on it.
