Beggar On The Off Ramp: "Give Me 1 Trillion Dollars Or The World Will End."

Yesterday I encountered 2 outrageous beggars on the off ramp.

One was very scruffy and held up a sign which read, "I need money to piss away on more beer." (the wet spot on the front of his pants reeked of credability)

The other beggar was a scary arrogant looking bastard in a silk suit and tie with 2 signs:

#1: "Give me 1 trillion dollars or the world will end."

#2: "Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency."

...I gave $5 to the beer guy, at least I knew it was going to create something, even if it was just a larger wet spot.
