leave office and put Obama in the position of a President with no money for Universal Healthcare or any other government programs. They have already said there will not be any way to have Universal Healthcare for at least the first two years because of no money with them taking $700 plus billion to possibly over a trillion.

Just like one of the things Obama wanted to do was raise the Capital Gains tax a small percentage and be able to reduce income taxes on those under $250,000.

Today they are saying one of the things in this bailout is to do away with the Capital Gains tax completely for at least two years to help boost the economy. I think they are really trying to tie his hands.
