Please don't tell me I'm the only one here fed up with Chuck Schumer |
|
He was a disgrace today at the committee hearing. While even Republicans expressed wariness (to varying degrees), Chuck Schumer stood out in his blatant defense of Paulson. I was disgusted. This is only the latest in a long line of embarrassing episodes. Bought and sold by the New York banks.
Fuck this guy.

5. It will nosedive with or without it. |
|
The difference being that, with a bailout, the party will continue on Wall Street.

18. Schumer represents New York; he's a memebr of the DLC; |
|
he's in the pocket of big business. This is not news.
He is a sell out--not as much as the senator from Israel, Joe Lieberman, but still a sell out.

I think it will be disastrous for 99% of his constituency, unless by "constituency" you mean those bank rolling him!

What's good for Wall Street is good for Chuck Schumer and Hillary Clinton. Wall Street is part of their constituency.
