Cramer: "There's a bank out there that's 5-7 days away from failing"

Just claimed that if the "deal" isn't done within that timeframe , it will fail.. Boo-hoo.. If you are running a bank and you're that close to the edge, you do not deserve to be in business..

People forget that before we "went all global", there were banks, people bought houses they could afford, they had savings accounts, they took vacations, they bought cars..

All this "stuff" will not cease to exist if some greedy conglomerate corporatists go belly up because of their greed..

Starting from about 150 in June 1949, when P/E ratios reach multi-decade lows, the index ends just five points below 1,000 on February 9, 1966.

And this was during the heyday of the USA..back when we WERE the top-dog:)

7. Didn't you just love all the cheer leading and fuzzy warmth.

Abject pessimism if the bill isn't passed NOW! vs Puppies and ponies for everybody if it is.

2. Yeah, that's the same guy-
Who said Bears and Sternes was fine and the UAW was going to run GM out of business. He's of the school where if you say it very, very loudly it must be true.

4. That whole segment...
...with Cramer and the other tool from the WaPost was a joke. Talk about one-sided. Here we are supposed to make a decision about possibly throwing 700B down a rat hole with a metaphorical gun being held to our heads and they hand us this tripe.

Why didn't Tweety have a knowledgable spokesperson on who is against the bank bailout proposal? There are a lot of them out there.

9. If it made idiotically, criminally stupid loans, then it SHOULD fail
Otherwise, what is the point of a bank making sound loans?

Oh, and the fastmoney fartknockers who got big bonuses based on the bad loans should be jailed and have their assets forfeited.

12. Yes, and Al Qaeda is just waiting to strike...
And another hurricane will destroy our remaining refineries...

The polar bear is done for, and the icecaps are melting...

Your ATM card won't work anymore...

Your preacher is after your kids...

The gays are taking over, and your wife might become a lesbian...

There might not even be a Super Bowl this year...

Give me a break. Cramer is just a Wall Street lap dog. He doesn't even give decent investment advice.
