Impeach Paulson?

If there has ever been a case that deserves impeachment this is it.
What do you all think? Should impeachment proceedings against Henry Paulson be initiated by the US House of Representatives?

Crimes like these are why impeachment was included in the US Constitution.The founding fathers knew that some day officials would need to be removed from office for criminal activities and/or gross incompetance.

12. I think that one of the reasons

that Congress has not tried impeaching bush/cheney is that the country is really divided on the issue.(There are other reasons as well.But those reasons would,and have been, be the subject of another discussion.)
What makes this differant is that citizens on both sides are being negatively affected by this economic meltdown.I think that it would be rather easy to get enough support for impeachment for Paulson because this is a situation that crosses party lines.Everyone is getting screwed here.
