I believe that should be the essense of the response the Obama Campaign has to McCain's actions. It doesn't have to be in those words but something that evokes the idea of presidential calmness on the level of "... nothing to fear but fear itself" while simultaneously painting McCain as losing his cool.

Also, there is no need for the "spectacle" of two presidential candidates interrupting the serious work of the RESPONSIBLE committee members currently undertaking the crucial job of working on this issue.
