bush would never lie to us about a national emergency or crisis would he? |

I mean, he's always been so precisely straight forward with us, on every issue, he's been completely forthcoming and transparent in every respect, so, if he says we need to choke up eleventy trillion bucks or face eviction we can take the man at his word, right?
I can't imagine why this fine president, the most honest and open president in the history of the universe would ever lie to us about an awful thing like this bail out.
All I know is, once a president is caught in a lie, even one insignificant lie, you can't believe a god damn thing he says, and thats right out of the republican rule book, chapter one, page 1.
If bush or his Nazi pals say one thing, you can bet your entire life's savings the truth is exactly the opposite.
I'm beginning to suspect, after reading the rabble rouser's ravings here at DU, that this whole fucking thing is indeed a swindle and a hoax.
