Anyone have a list of things congress has no to bush on? |
|
It all reminds me of G. Gordon Liddy days "Ask for more than you want, then when negotiations are done you will have what you wanted" (paraphrasing).
I know he hasn't always got what he wants, but he couldn't have gotten anything had congress voted it down.
8 years he has been in power, and if he wants to blame clinton he better ask himself why he himself did not change the policies he saw as unfit. He had the chance, he blew it.

3. In addition to that there are only 2 things I can think of |
|
1) Drilling in ANWR 2) Confirming John Bolton 3) Confirming Harriet Meyers (which the RW fought)
and I spent a lot of time thinking!

1. They never have said no to him.
I don't think they've ever said no to him. I can't recall a single time. Let me know if you DO find anything they've ever blocked him from doing.
