What the Bailout Bill is lacking
A means to ensure this NEVER happens again

1) Put the Stegal-Glassman Act back in place and make “small” adjustments rather then “Throwing the Baby out with the Bath Water”

2) Protect Retirees who have lost significant amounts of their pension funds in this “Fundamentally Flawed” market place – Add the Kennedy Amendments to the Bankruptcy Bill

3) Protect Home owners by Allowing Judges and the Mortgage Banks who hold the mortgage to renegotiate the loan.

4) Ensure Congress can place an immediate STOP on the dispersment of Funds to ANY entity Congress deems “Not in the Best Interest of the America”

5) Return Tariffs to pre-2000 levels to resume investment in American Jobs

Essentially what “Trickle Down Economics” lacks is a means to control “Foreign” intervention / attacks on our economy
