2. Stick a fork in McLame. He's done. Dave and Keith torpedoed him but good. |
|
Obama should publicly ask McCain when he'd like to concede.

3. Olbermann was his typical self. |
|
Always a good performance from Keith.
I guess Keith is now somewhat of a celebrity at the network, as he's apparently filled in before when a late cancellation occurred.
The segment with McSame being made up for an appearance with Couric was priceless. McSame has now been exposed for the liar he is...the top has been popped, the fizz is gone, now there's just flat, sticky syrup left.

4. Mostly, he just got out of the way |

Dave was pretty disgusted and held no punches.

6. You know Letterman is pissed when he has KO on in McCoward's place |
|
Letterman chose a guy from one of his network's competitors and a guy who is hated by the McCoward campaign.
KO was great and Letterman ripped McCoward a good one.

7. AND... Lettermand is a UNION man.... |
|
not someone >I'D< want to have pissed off at me. Plus he's respected. I really don't understand the strategy of the gop this time around... but I know I would be 1000x as scared for the country right now if I was still there (sorry ran to Europe nearly 5 years ago for personal/work reasons, and now I have no plans to return)!
I feel bad, it's like a kind of survivor's guilt. I know i'll be ok when I retire in 30 years. I;'ll have a pension, and a pension from the state. I will be taken care of because I pay my *gasp! so high!* taxes. They go towards the welfare of the people(in the well fare sense) and it works. People can afford their regulated medical insurance.
Mind you I still think single buyer is the only way to go, but oh well. I'm insured and the laws protect me for when I have an emergency from being fired.
I'm so sorry, I really do wish I could be there to help, it tears me up inside knowing I've abandoned my people! I vote liberal, and that's all I can do now. If someone is still denying *co is evil, that the gop are the bad ones, then there's really nothing I can do to change their mind at this point. all the facts are there for the reading!
