Is there no longer a way to see how many recs a post gets?

Not liking it

They can still have their newfangled way of - must read, recommend, etc.- but please give us back the #'s

Especially on the greatest page - I'm not clear what it takes to get there anymore

When you open the thread you can see the rec count.

Note that one of the thread ratings ("The Last Hurrah"/"Must Read") is colored gray. That means it is a Preliminary Rating. Preliminary ratings are ratings based on fewer than 10 votes. Once a thread gets ten ratings, then the rating becomes official, and the rating is color-coded (Blue for "Must Read," green for "Recommended," etc.).

Threads rated lower than "Recommended" do not show a rating when you are viewing a forum. This makes the higher-rated threads stand out much better, so you can find them more easily.
