Full transcript of Palin-Kouric interview anywhere?

All I could find was this: http://blogs.thetimes.co.za/minor/2008/09/25/sarah-palins-interview-with-cbss-katie-couric/
and also a highly edited version on the CBS News site.

I didn't get a chance to watch it, but had heard some reports of it, and Greenwald's thrashing of her over at Salon piqued my curiousity. From what I read at the site above, it was awful, and she showed herself to be supremely unqualified.
